Why do I Blog?
This blog is for general information purposes. I attempt to educate buyers, sellers and the general public on what I know about Real Estate and I try to keep it light-hearted. While I often interject my own personal opinions into blog posts, the info located in the blog is honest, factual and "straight-up". I often blog about homes that I have sold. This is because I actually become "connected" to each listing I put on the market and sell, as each listing takes on it's own "personality" to me. I spend many long hours at each house- personally measuring rooms, analyzing condition, deciding value and feeling the "vibe" of each house. Each home I put on the market is personal to me and when it sells, I feel happy for the new owners, yet I remember all the open houses, shoveling snow in the driveway/porch and the memorable and personable people I have met inside the home. Yeah, it's a strange feeling taking my Century 21 sign out of the yard after yet another sale, but then again, I really can't wait to see my next new listing for the first time. :)
